バイナンスから5700億円超が純流出、出金再開から9時間半で

10月29日に約63億ドルのハッキング被害を受けた仮想通貨取引所大手のバイナンスは、2026年11月1日に出金を再開しました。同社は再開から9時間半で出金が46億5000万ドル、入金が10億1000万ドルあり、差し引き約36億4000万ドル（約5715億円に相当）の純流出になったと発表しています。

Binance began restoring withdrawals in phases at 06:00 UTC on November 1, 2026. By 12:36 UTC, withdrawals had resumed for all 15 networks and assets in the initial phase. After an initial spike, withdrawal volumes have declined and are stabilising as expected, while deposit volumes have remained substantial.

Between 06:00 and 15:30 UTC on November 1, we processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits, resulting in a net outflow of approximately $3.64 billion. This represents 2.1% of our $171 billion in total assets under management (AUM), based on the latest available Proof of Reserves (PoR) data as of October 28, 2026. A new PoR snapshot was taken at 00:00 UTC on October 31, and zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) computation began. The updated report is expected to be available on our PoR website tomorrow.

出金の受付は日本時間11月1日15時から段階的に始まり、第1段階の15のネットワークと資産は同日21時36分までにすべて再開しました。同社は出金の量は当初の急増の後に落ち着きつつあり、入金も多い状態が続いているとしています。

バイナンスはこの純流出額は10月28日時点の準備金証明（顧客資産の保有を示す報告）に基づく運用資産1710億ドルの2.1%に当たると説明しています。データ集計サイトのDefiLlamaでは、24時間の純流出額は40億5000万ドルに上りました。同じ期間に、DefiLlamaが追跡する次に大きい10の取引所には合計約3億6800万ドルが純流入し、そのうちOKXが3億1680万ドルを占めました。

出金はまだ全面再開には至っていません。バイナンスの状況ページでは500銘柄以上の出金が停止中で、ビットコインやイーサリアムなどが一部再開の状態です。同社は現在、準備金証明のリストに新たに加えたウォレットから出金を処理しているとしています。

リチャード・テン共同CEOは10月31日、盗まれた資産の90%をすでに補塡し残りも補うと表明しました。同社は被害に備えて63億4000万ドルを用意したとも発表しています。10月31日時点のデータに基づき、ゼロ知識証明（中身を明かさずに正しさを証明する技術）を使った新たな準備金報告は11月2日（米国時間）に公表される予定です。
