バイデン前大統領の息子のミームコイン、8割が数時間で含み損

ハンター・バイデン氏が立ち上げたミームコイン「LAPTOP」で、取引に参加した約8割が数時間のうちに含み損を抱えました。同氏はジョー・バイデン前米大統領の息子で、ミームコインを巡る搾取的な慣行への対抗を掲げてトークンを発行していました。

分析企業Bubblemapsのデータでは、取引者1万5206人のうち1万2151人が損失を出し、利益を得たのは3026人でした。損失の多くは1000ドル未満の1万1311アドレスですが、1000〜1万ドルが726、1万〜10万ドルが112、10万〜100万ドルが2つ確認されています。

一方、利益側は10アドレスが10万〜100万ドル、78アドレスが1万〜10万ドルを得ており、この88アドレスだけで約557万ドルの利益を上げました。

取引はBase上で米東部時間午前8時2分に始まり、約2分後に高値を付けたとArkham Intelligenceが指摘しました。流動性プールは約4万8000ドルしかない一方で、完全希薄化評価額は一時1440億ドルを示し、その後30分あまりで95%超下落しています。Bubblemapsは、大口保有者の約6割が直近10日以内に資金を受け取った新規アドレスだったとしています。

バイデン氏は発行にあたり、自身への懐疑は理解できるとしたうえで、ドナルド・トランプ大統領の「TRUMP」では約100万のウォレットが合計およそ38億ドルを失ったと指摘しました。そのうえでLAPTOPは供給の20%をコミュニティへ配分し、TRUMPで損失を出した人も対象に含めると説明しています。

総供給は10億枚で、20%が2回のエアドロップに、30%が創業者分として6カ月ロックされ2年かけて権利が確定します。バイデン氏は取引開始前から、自分を含め誰も価値上昇を約束するものではないと明言していました。

極端な価格変動を避けられるかは、流動性をどこまで厚くできるかにかかることになりそうです。
